Review Psychologist

I am passionate to learn about my field thus as an internee of ABA therapy and certified skill-based therapist, I hold a firm aim to work at adaptive functioning of differently abled children. As an internee of clinical psychology and being hypnotherapist, I want to help individuals to deal with daily life affairs, to introduce effective routines and to manage conflicting believes. I consider Sir Sigmund Freud as my role model and want to promote his principles at psychotherapy.

Intern of ABA Therapist

I started my journey at an institute which was dealing with neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders. I worked with children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, SLD, LD, CP and down syndrome there. Later, I worked at Capital Diagnostic Centre with differently abled children followed by my certification in Skill Based Therapy. Skill based therapy enabled me to learn about functional communicational response, tolerant response and trauma informed care in behavioural therapy.

Intern of Clinical Psychology

I started my work at clinical psychology at Islamabad psychological centre where under supervision of Sir Rameez Ahmed I was able to grasp knowledge related to psychological assessment, diagnosis and psychotherapy. Later I worked at Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health which enabled me to practice Freudian principles of psychotherapy.  I have attended five training workshops related to CBT allowing me to learn about eliciting and restricting of problematic though patterns.

Hypnotherapy

It was always my dream to learn about hypnosis thus under supervision of Sir Owais Iqbal I was able learn about framing of effective suggestions, trance induction and applicability of hypnotherapy across various psychopathologies. Sir Owais and The Psycholar provided me a secure platform to learn and enhance my skills.  It was a great experience of adding hypnotherapy at my therapeutic toolkit.
