The Early Learning Set Induction is a method designed to help individuals enter a deep trance by reconnecting them to the open and suggestible mindset of their childhood. This process starts with a brief conversation about their early learning experiences which sets the stage for the induction. After establishing relaxation through deep breathing or progressive techniques the therapist guides the patient to recall specific childhood moments when learning felt effortless emphasizing the natural joy of these experiences. This recall deepens the trance and enhances receptivity to new ideas. The therapist reinforces this state with positive affirmations suggesting that the patient can easily absorb new concepts and new ideas similar to their childhood learning. As the session progresses imagery of early learning is revisited to deepen insight absorption. Eventually the therapist gently brings the patient back to full awareness encouraging them to carry this openness into their daily life. The induction can be adjusted based on clients personal experiences using the mind’s natural learning abilities to help people relax and create positive change .
