    Take a deep breath in… and exhale slowly. With every breath, release any tension you might be holding. Picture a soothing wave of relaxation from your head and gently flowing down to your toes, washing away all stress.
    Now, imagine yourself at a bus stop. The sun is softly shining, and you can hear the distant sound of a bus approaching. Notice the sense of safety and comfort in this moment. You know you’re about to go on a special journey. As the bus arrives, it sounds soothing. The door swings open, and a friendly driver welcomes you aboard. Take a moment to appreciate the bus—a cozy space where you can relax and let your thoughts wander.
    As you step inside, feel the softness of the seats, the gentle vibration of the engine, and the comforting atmosphere that surrounds you. Choose a seat that feels perfect for you. As you settle in, let yourself sink into the comfort, feeling supported and at ease. With each breath, allow a deeper sense of relaxation to spread throughout your body, from your head down to your toes.
    The bus begins to move, and you can feel the gentle rocking as it travels along. Look out the window as the scenery changes. Each passing tree, building, and landscape draws you further into relaxation. With each mile, you feel lighter and more at peace. Imagine that with every bump in the road, any lingering tension simply melts away, leaving you calm.
    During this journey, you might notice thoughts or emotions arise. That’s perfectly fine acknowledge them as they come. Picture them as clouds drifting in the sky, passing by without any need for judgment. As you continue your ride, feel free to explore these thoughts. Remember, you are safe here, and you can take all the time you need. Embrace this moment of relaxation.
    Now, as the bus nears a beautiful destination, take a moment to visualize what this place looks like. It could be a peaceful garden, a serene beach, or any place that brings you comfort. Imagine stepping off the bus and feeling the warmth of this special spot. Here, you can pause to reflect and recharge. Allow the relaxation to wrap around you like a soft, comforting blanket.
    When you feel ready, we will start to make our way back to the bus. Remember, this journey is always available to you whenever you seek relaxation and exploration. As you walk back to the bus, carry this sense of peace with you, feeling lighter and more relaxed. Now, it’s time to return. You step back onto the bus, feeling calm. As the bus begins its journey back, start to become aware of your surroundings once again. When you’re ready, open your eyes, bringing back with you that profound sense of relaxation and peace.
