    Key features
    • Travelling on the bus induction brings a sense of familiarity as riding a bus is a common experience shared by individuals. It makes the clients feel comfortable and relaxed.
    • The journey on the bus symbolizes the inward journey i.e., towards clients’ self-discovery, healing, and growth. While the destination symbolizes insight, peace, and relaxation.
    • The smooth, gentle, and forward motion of the bus helps the clients enter into a deep hypnotic state.
    • This induction is flexible and can be customized according to the client’s preferences including what the client wants to visualize including the environment and the pace of the journey.
The induction reflects the natural process of daydreaming, that many individuals experience during real-life travel journeys. The individuals experience a trance-like state when sitting in a bus, where the recurring motions, repetitive sounds, and passing sceneries make them enter into a state of deep relaxation without any effort. The predictability of the journey such as the continuous motion and sounds makes the brain less alert about the environment. As the brain grows familiar with the repetitive sounds and motions, it naturally shifts the focus inside, allowing the memories, thoughts, and desires to rise to the surface. The individual is physically there in the bus, but mentally somewhere else. During this induction, the clients enter into a relaxed state more easily as they have likely experienced it before.
