Make yourself as comfortable as possible, feel the support of the chair beneath you, take a few deep breaths in… and out, and bring your attention to a spot above your eye level.
Focus on that spot, making it the most interesting thing in your surroundings, and notice how the world outside that spot starts to fade away, becoming less and less important, less and less relevant.
As you focus, your pupils will expand, and your eyes might start to feel a little tired, but welcome that sensation, think it’s a sign that you’re prioritizing your focus and letting go of distractions.
As you breathe out, let go of all the tension, allowing yourself to relax further, and imagine that with each breath, your eyes are becoming heavier, like they’re gently being pulled down, as if there’s a warm, comforting weight pressing on them.
Your focus is now entirely on that spot, and you can overcome distractions around you, feeling a sense of stillness within you, as if nothing else matters more than this feeling.
As you continue to focus, feel a wave of relaxation spreading through your body, starting from the top of your head and moving all the way down to your toes, giving you complete control over your relaxation.
Giving you your remote control completely in your hand.
