We may not remember learning how to speak, a rooting reflex, acquiring fine motor and gross motor skills. So ,our brain has the process of pruning where as we grow up some connections of our brain lose strong synaptic connections thus its easy for us to acquire an art at an early age. Here age regression can be used to have exposure of those early learning experiences again moreover to induce positive suggestions.
