By enrolling in training programs on The Psycholar, trainees agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Eligibility
Training programs are open to individuals interested in psychology. Trainees must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
Registration
Trainees must provide accurate and current information during the registration process. The Psycholar reserves the right to terminate trainee accounts with inaccurate information.
Training Access
Trainees will have access to training materials for the specified duration of the course. Unauthorized distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Certificate Issuance
Certificates will only be issued upon successful registration and completion/participation of training programs (includes courses and workshops). The Psycholar reserves the right to revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or violation of platform policies.
Code of Conduct
Trainees agree to engage in respectful and ethical behavior during training. Violation of these standards may result in the suspension of training access.
Refund Policy
The Psycholar may have a refund policy for training programs. Trainees should review and understand the refund policy before enrollment. Refund policy includes refunds for cancellation before training begins.
1. If trainees opt to withdraw from training after payment of the course fee, they will get following refunds:
2. Withdrawing soon after registration/payment (e.g., a minute-1 day after registration), the trainees would receive 70% refund.
3. Withdrawing after 2-7 days after registration, trainees would receive 50% refund.
4. Withdrawing before a week of commencement of training, trainees would receive 35% refund.
5. Withdrawing before 1-6 days of commencement of training, trainees would receive no refund.
6. Refund will be processed in 10-15 working days.
Modifications
The Psycholar reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Trainees will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By accepting a cabinet position on The Psycholar, Cabinet Members agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Role and Responsibilities
Cabinet Members are appointed based on their expertise and are expected to contribute to the platform’s growth and development. Specific roles and responsibilities will be communicated upon appointment.
Code of Conduct
Cabinet Members agree to engage in professional and ethical behavior. Violation of these standards may result in the revocation of cabinet roles.
Collaboration
Cabinet Members may collaborate on platform initiatives. Contributions will be acknowledged, and intellectual property rights will be respected.
Modifications
The Psycholar reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Cabinet Members will be notified of any changes, and continued involvement constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

- All individuals registered with The Psycholar as regular members are allowed to get free participation certificate (upon participation) for maximum of 1 workshop in a month (for 1 day workshops).
- Regular members will be offered upto 40% discount on courses that are paid. The Psycholar reserves the right to offer whatever discount they want on particular course.
