Mentioning ‘tension’ might inadvertently remind the client of the stress and discomfort , reinforcing the very issue we aim to alleviate .
The subconscious mind highly responsive to suggestion .Using only positive ,soothing language ensures that the mind focuses on the therapeutic goals.
Use phrases that promote relaxation such as , allow your body to relax ,feeling calm at ease .
