After the garden and reaching the barren land:
As you stand on the barren land you can observe the richness it holds the potential it has to nourish new plants, these new plants represent new beginnings. You stand there with a bunch of seedlings in your hand ready to plant them and before you plant them, you reach for all the stones or weeds from the soil or sticks on the ground representing your worries your fears or anything that has been weighing you down clearing them away, clearing the ground of weeds and stones is like clearing your mind of past burdens and doubts. Just as a gardener prepares the soil for new seeds, you create space for new experiences and opportunities. Holding the seed in your hands you take a look at them because these seeds holds within them all the potential for you to become the person you want to be, strong and resilient. And as you start planting the seeds into the soil you might start to feel a deep connection between yourself and the tree this represents your self esteem and inner strength, as the roots are growing stronger into the ground you start feeling a sense of self confidence spreading throughout your body realizing what you are capable of. You start feeling very relaxed and peaceful knowing that as the tree will grow so will your self worth and beleif in yourself. Now imagine yourself gently watering the tree taking care of it. The water holds a pure healing energy and with each droplet you are pouring in positivity and washing away any pain or hurt from the past and as this tree grows your self worth increases, and the tree grows stronger and stronger just like you with each experience getting more and more resilient and as this tree will face face the storms standing firmly so will you overcome all the challenges presented im your life. Now imagine this tree flourishing with fruits and with each fruit you observe a result of your growth your efforts, the fruits represent the joyfulness and sweetness the new experiences will bring into your life. Now you see the tree makes the barren land look more beautiful and realize just like every piece of land holds potential within it your self esteem and confidence is anchored within you and with a little efforts and recognition you can make yourself flourish. Now every time you water the tree in your mind you reinforce your healing nurturing your self-esteem and letting go of past pain and whenever you feel doubtful you can return to the garden to your tree, and feel the strength of its roots within you. -
