I began with the eye fixation. I focused on the hole in the cupboard’s lock. Slowly, everything around it began to fade away and my eyes became heavier and the focus on that point increased. I continued doing it as long as I could keep my eyes open. Then, I closed my eyes gently.
I felt that I need to relax myself more. I imagined a ray of light entering through my head and relaxing all of my body parts, one by one. It made me more relaxed and calm.
I then imagined myself by the staircase and slowly took the steps downwards, feeling more relaxed and calm. I entered the door and found the room illuminated. It felt very peaceful. I looked around to find a chair. I sat on it and gave myself some positive suggestions to release my stress and worries. I felt being there. Then I got up from the chair, moved towards the door, and went at the bottom of the staircase. I slowly climbed the stairs. Before opening my eyes, I took some deep breaths. When I opened my eyes, I felt very calm and relaxed. It took me some time to return to the present surroundings. Everything was at peace in that very moment.
When I opened my eyes, 24 minutes had passed.
