So it’s my own personal opinion y’all have rights to agree or disagree i think it could be more useful for relaxing a person because the Patient can experience hypnosis with his visual, auditory and kinaesthetic sense, the induction will have visual inputs describing the staircase auditory the sound of the person going down the staircase and kinaesthetic inputs as he is using his muscles to walk down the staircase . The staircase induction consists of a journey one step at a time as the Patient takes this journey he hears the sound of the therapist’s voice he sees each Stair in front of him, he feels each stair under his foot. encouraging the Patient to experience this induction in all three sense systems can make the relaxation and deepening of the trance very smooth.
