I am a Clinical Psychologist with advanced academic training and extensive professional experience in mental health care. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Lahore, where I graduated as a Silver Medalist, and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Psychology from the University of Central Punjab.

My expertise spans psychological assessment, counseling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a strong focus on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychometrics. I currently work as a Clinical Psychologist at Marham – Find a Doctor, where I provide therapy and assessments for clients with anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. I also gained extensive experience at the Lahore Occupational Therapy Center, where I designed and implemented individualized treatment plans, conducted psychological assessments, and provided parental counseling to support client progress at home. My clinical training further includes placements at Fountain House and Turning Point, where I worked with adult patients with neurotic and psychotic disorders and children with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome.

In addition to my clinical practice, I have worked in organizational roles, including as Assistant Manager Recruitment at Vector Marketing, where I developed skills in communication, leadership, and project coordination. I have also pursued certifications in CBT for Specific Disorders and Guidance & Counselling, further strengthening my expertise.

With a compassionate, client-centered, and culturally sensitive approach, I am dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and delivering ethical, evidence-based psychological care.
