Review Psychologist

As a student currently in the 7th semester of my Bachelor’s in Psychology, I possess a strong academic background combined with hands-on experience in the mental health field. My internships at PIMs and Pehchan Clinic, each lasting six weeks, have allowed me to apply psychological concepts in practical settings, sharpening my counseling and intervention skills. These experiences have deepened my understanding of mental health challenges and reinforced my passion for supporting individuals in their personal growth.

Beyond my clinical placements, I have further enriched my expertise through workshops in “Essentials of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,” “Introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression,” and “Skill-Based Treatment: Trauma-Informed Care in ABA.” These certifications have provided me with a broad toolkit for addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, emphasizing evidence-based practices and a holistic approach to care.

As a part of “The Psycholar”, my objective is to enhance the intake and administrative processes, ensuring smooth access to services while fostering a welcoming environment. I am eager to collaborate with a team of professionals to promote mental health awareness, encourage the destigmatization of psychological struggles, and help individuals access the support they need to lead healthier, more balanced lives.
