Abeera Iftikhar – Aspiring Psychologist and Content Strategist

As an 8th-semester student of BS Psychology at the International Islamic University Islamabad, I am a dedicated learner with a strong passion for understanding human behavior and contributing to the field of mental health. My academic journey, coupled with hands-on experiences, has equipped me with valuable insights into the psychological well-being of individuals and the importance of effective communication in raising awareness.

My professional experiences include one month as a clinical observership, where I gained an introductory understanding of therapeutic practices and mental health challenges, as well as eight months as a data typist and Facebook page handler. These roles honed my organizational, analytical, and digital communication skills, preparing me to create impactful, well-researched content that resonates with diverse audiences.

My Role at ‘The Psycholar’

As a Content Strategist, my mission is to:
