A highly skilful person who is aiming to become a very good therapist having good listening skills, competency at psychological assessment and knowledge of psychopathologies. My major aim is to help people deal with their daily life affairs, building up effective routines, processing traumas, and conflicting beliefs. I am a certified hypnotherapist carrying the aim to promote its use at psychotherapy and have professional certificate in DBT (Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Relationships), I have vast experience at ABA therapy (8 months experience of working with children having neurodevelopmental disorders). I have worked with adults at different settings and have grip at psychoanalysis (Free association, Dream Analysis), CBT (unipolar depression, panic disorder, psychosis substance abuse), transactional analysis, ACT and gestalt therapy.

My aim is to help the individuals to have knowledge related to the field of psychology alongside helping professionals to grow. The psycholar holds the aim of healing, education, growth and awareness thus I want promote activities corresponding with this rationale. I want to help at the aim of building a community which links up professionals, students and those who need awareness.
