    examples:
    You may feel relax by observing the colour of the object or by exploring its texture: Eye fixation
    You may watch yourself standing at any point in this room or as moving around : Distraction induction
    You may visualise the particular object on the wall or the one you saw on the table , just keep your attention within one object : Eye fixation Induction
    You may see your arms being rised by pair of baloons or as pulled due to change in weight within both arms: Arm levitation
    You may visualize your arms as being risen up by wind or being pulled by a magnet placed upward: Arm levitation Induction
    You are present in a beautiful garden , you may feel relax by observing the texture of trees or by moving along the grass
    You may feel relax by looking at the beautiful staircase or by walking downward: Staircase Induction
