My Academic Journey

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Lahore, where I had the privilege of excelling and receiving the gold medal for my outstanding performance. This achievement not only honored me but also fueled my passion for the field. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from the prestigious Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab, Lahore. These academic experiences have shaped me into a compassionate and informed professional.

My Professional Experience

With over two years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of working with both children and adults, providing counseling and therapeutic services to address various mental health concerns. My expertise includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, as well as individual and group therapy sessions. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I have a year of teaching experience, having taught psychology courses to students at the university level, which has allowed me to share my knowledge and inspire the next generation of psychology professionals.

Currently, I serve as a Lecturer of Psychology at the Lahore School of Behavioural Sciences, The University of Lahore. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring students, and my expertise in clinical psychology enriches my teaching practices.
